TRAINING AND COURSE SERVICES
At Avtec Systems, training and course services are an integral part of our commitment to full-service, end-to-end support. Our expert instructors can provide in-depth training in support of virtually any of our products or custom solutions, as well as more general instruction in any of the company's areas of domain expertise. Training can occur on-site at the customer's location, or in our own well-equipped training facilities in Chantilly, VA.
WARRANTY COVERAGE AND ON-DEMAND SUPPORT
We protect our customers' investments by offering comprehensive warranty protection for Avtec systems. Our standard limited warranty covers software and hardware for a period of one year. Extended warranties are offered on both hardware and software for periods of one to five years. Both warranty options include best-effort repair or replacement of defective units (for hardware purchases) as well as software updates, if applicable. Responsive technical support is available on demand, at no additional cost, via telephone or e-mail for Avtec customers with up-to-date warranty protection.
OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE SUPPORT
To meet the more demanding needs of larger systems and deployments, Avtec has developed tailored operations and maintenance programs. Highly customer-specific, these programs usually include deployment support, 24/7 technical support, on-site engineering support when required, depot level support (with next day delivery on the lowest replaceable unit), and configuration management.
