NAVSEA selected a regional "zone" approach for SeaPort-e program participants in order to preserve the local vendor base that currently supports Navy ordering activities, encourage small business participation, reduce the need for complicated teaming arrangements, and ensure adequate competition for all requirements in all zones.

Avtec's SeaPort Enhanced contract is valid for all SeaPort-e Zones with the exception of the Northwest:

  • (1) Northeast
  • (2) National Capitol Region
  • (3) Mid-Atlantic
  • (4) Gulf Coast
  • (5) Midwest
  • (6) Southwest
